15 on our " 2018 Who's On Deck" list goes to New Jersey singer/rapper, Rioma. He has been called "the white Travis Scott" but we believe Rioma is in his own lane. He came onto the scene in early 2017 with his single "Juice" feat. Sean Vegas Grand, produced by non other than XXL Freshman, Ugly God. To follow up "Juice", Rioma dropped a single titled "Toxic" feat. Gio Martin, then soon followed up "Toxic" with his debut project "Go Back To School".
At this point, amassing well over 200,000 total streams in just a few month on all his material, Rioma dropped the music video for his smash single "Selena". After dropping the music video, Rioma found himself on Boonk's Instagram story and the number quickly came in after that.
Just when you thought Rioma was done releasing music, he decided to round up a bunch of his homies and drop a collaborative mixtape on Christmas Day. With features from Chad B, IRL, SkinnyFromThe9, YungNFly, & more. this project is perfect for any party or turn up occasion. Each track will make you want to vibe out & move.
As 2018 starts we really think Rioma has what it takes to become a household industry name. He has been working hard, releasing music & building relationships with a lot of great artists so we see no reason as to why he can't propel himself to the next level.
